Fenix Casino Christmas Calendar

Campaign rules

• The additional game of chance “Fenix Casino Christmas Calendar” will take place in all Fenix Casino gaming rooms.
• Additional lottery period 01.12.2025 at 18:00 until 24.12.2025 at 22:00.
• Playoffs will take place daily from 01.12.2025 to 24.12.2025, in each Fenix Casino gaming room between 18:00 and 22:00.
• The prize fund for each venue is €1 340.

Participation in an additional game of chance:

• To participate, you must play Fenix Casino slot machines with a minimum bet of €0.05. All participants who visit Fenix Casino from 08:00 on the day of the draw until the start of the draw and play on the slot machines with a minimum stake of €0.05 will receive one raffle ticket from the customer service representative in the gaming room.
• The participant fills in the lottery ticket clearly and legibly: add his/her first name, surname and telephone number.
• Participants’ raffle tickets will be collected from the raffle box in the Fenix Casino gaming room on the same day as the raffle tickets are issued.
• Each participant will receive a maximum of one raffle ticket per day of the draw, but may receive a raffle ticket on any day of the draw.

Drawing of prizes:

• Prize draws will take place from 01.12.2025 to 24.12.2025 in each Fenix Casino gaming room, between 18:00 and 22:00. The draws can take place at different times of the day and night in the Fenix Casino gaming rooms.
• In order to win a prize, a participant must be present in the same Fenix Casino gaming room where his/her paper ticket is drawn from the draw box at the time of the draw.

The prizes will be drawn as follows:

• The person conducting the play-off announces in the game room that the play-off for that day has started.
• The person conducting the draw shuffles the tickets in the draw box and takes one ticket at random from the draw box.
• The holder of a lottery ticket must be present in the same room. If the holder of the ticket is not present in the gaming room, the person conducting the draw shall take a new ticket from the draw box until the holder of the ticket is found to be present in the gaming room.
• There is a 24-window Christmas calendar in each Fenix Casino gaming room.
  Each window is marked with a number (1-24), each window is openable and behind each window is a prize.
• The holder of a ticket from the raffle box will be able to choose a number from the 24-window Christmas calendar (each window will remain open with the number chosen and the same number cannot be chosen the next day).
• The person who completes the draw will open a window with the number chosen by the holder of the raffle ticket on the Christmas calendar.
• The prize behind the open window is the entrant’s prize.
  The prize will be awarded based on the winner’s name, phone number and proof of identity.
• Prizes will be awarded to winners in the Fenix Casino gaming room immediately.
• Prizes will be issued in the name of the winner and will not be substituted with any other type of prize at the request of the winner.
