Campaign rules

• An additional game of chance “Gift for the dearest” will take place in all Fenix Casino gaming rooms.
• Additional lottery period 19.01.2026 at 00:00 until 06.03.2026 at 20:00.
• The total prize fund for the additional gamble is €23,800. The prize pool in one Fenix Casino game room is €1,400, which is divided into:
  • 1x €500 + €100 worth of perfume.
  • 1x 300€
  • 1x 200€
  • 1x 150€
  • 1x 100€
  • Additional prizes: 2x €25 promotional ticket

Participation in an additional game of chance:

• To participate, you must play on Fenix casino slot machines between 19.01.2026 at 00:00 and 06.03.2026 at 19:30 and collect raffle tickets.
• 1 (one) raffle ticket will be awarded to the participant if:
  • a minimum stake of €0.30;
  • wins a one-off prize of at least €30 when playing on the slot machine.
• There is no limit on the number of tickets per participant.
• You do not need to have a Club Fenix club card to participate in the campaign.

Drawing of prizes:

• All correctly completed raffle tickets collected between 19.01.2026 at 00:00 and 06.03.2026 at 19:30 in the Fenix Casino gaming rooms will be entered into the draw for the grand prizes.
• One participant can win a maximum of one cash prize in the draw.
• In order to participate in the payout, the participant must be present in the same Fenix Casino gaming room where he/she wishes to win at the time of the payout.
• To draw the prizes, the person conducting the draw will take 5 (five) raffle tickets at random from the draw box.
  • The first raffle ticket holder will win €500 and a perfume;
  • The second raffle ticket holder will win €300;
  • The third raffle ticket holder will win €200;
  • The fourth raffle ticket holder will win €150;
  • The fifth raffle ticket holder will win €100.
• In case the same participant is on more than one raffle ticket, the Promoter will take a new one from the raffle box The Promoter will repeat the same action until all prize winners are different persons.
• If the holder of the lottery ticket is not present in the same room where the ticket was drawn, the person conducting the draw will take a new ticket from the box. The draw will repeat the same procedure until 5 (five) prize winners are found who are in the same Fenix Casino gaming room.

• Drawing of additional prizes:
• The draw for additional prizes will take place in each Fenix Casino gaming room at 21:00.
• To win additional prizes in the gaming room, all visitors to the gaming room who have played on the slot machine with a stake of at least €0.05 since 19:00 on 06.03.2026 will receive one raffle ticket.
• Raffle tickets will be issued to participants after the end of the grand prize draw (until 21:00).
• The raffle tickets are divided into two halves and each half of the raffle ticket has a raffle number on it. One half of the ticket will be placed in the raffle box and the other half will be kept by the participant.
• To win an additional prize, the winner must be present in the Games Room at the time of the additional prize draw.
• For the additional prizes to be drawn in the gaming room, the Promoter will randomly draw two raffle tickets from the raffle box, marked with raffle numbers. Participants holding raffle tickets with the same raffle numbers will both be winners of €25 worth of promotional tickets.

• Prizes will be awarded to winners in the Fenix Casino gaming room immediately.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any inaccurate information or technical errors that may occur in the course of conducting an additional game of chance due to circumstances beyond its control (including, but not limited to: internet or communication outages, software or hardware failures, power failures, third party service failures). In the event of such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or cancel the game without any claim for damages or any other claim by the participants against the Promoter.
• The prize will be awarded on the basis of a raffle ticket taken from the raffle box and an identity document.
• The identity of the participant in an additional game of chance will be verified in accordance with the requirements of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act.
• Prizes won by the winner will not be substituted with any other type of prize at the winner’s request.
• In the event of a further check or a complaint, the organiser reserves the right to delay the award of the prize until the further check has been carried out or the complaint has been resolved.

• Claims relating to the drawing, delivery, receipt or use of the prize must be made to the staff of the gaming hall immediately before the prize is received. Subsequent claims will not be dealt with, namely once the prize has been accepted, all claims against the organiser in relation to the prize will be deemed to have been finally settled and will not be pursued. Claims will be settled by the staff of the venue as soon as possible.
• Written complaints about the staff of the gaming room, the gaming machines or their payouts will be answered within 14 working days.
• In the event that any violation of these rules is found to have occurred during the prize winning process, Fenix Casino management reserves the right to void the prize.
