Campaign rules

  • The additional game of chance “Rävala 555” will take place in the gaming room of Rävala Fenix Casino.
  • Time period: 01.11.2025.a. at 00:00 until 05.12.2025.a. at 21:00.
  • The amount of the prize fund for the additional game of chance is €2 500,00 (two thousand five hundred euros).

Participation in an additional game of chance:

  • To participate, you need to play on the slot machines at Rävala Fenix Casino and collect raffle tickets.
  • 1 (one) raffle ticket will be awarded to the participant if he/she makes a bet of at least €0.30 and:
    • Playing a line game on the slot machine will result in a bonus game (a bonus game won within a bonus game does not award an extra ticket);
    • When playing slot poker, a winning combination is a combination of a mast, house, four of a kind, mastira or royal mastira (combinations cannot contain wilds);
    • Claims a single win from €30 in combination on Plenty of Fruit tm20Hot; Power Stars, Sizzling Hot tmDelux, Reel Monkey, Chip Runner delux and Pure Jewels and games that include free spins.
  • The lottery tickets will be accepted until 30 min before the draw, i.e. 20.11.2025 at 18.30.
  • In order to obtain a lottery ticket, you must contact the customer service agent at the venue, who will verify that the above conditions are met.
  • The participant fills in the raffle ticket clearly and legibly.

Drawing of prizes:

  • 1 (one) participant will win 1 (one) prize.
  • In order to participate in the payout, the participant must be present in the gaming room of Rävala Fenix Casino at the time of the payout.
  • All correctly completed raffle tickets collected at Rävala Fenix Casino in the following periods will be entered into the prize draw:
    • 01.11.2025 at 00:00 until 07.11.2025 at 18:30;
    • 07.11.2025 at 21:00 until 14.11.2025 at 18:30;
    • 14.11.2025 at 21:00 until 21.11.2025 at 18:30;
    • 21.11.2025 at 21:00 until 28.11.2025 at 18:30;
    • 28.11.2025 at 21:00 until 05.12.2025 at 18:30.
  • The prize draw will start between 19:00 and 20:00 – the exact time of the draw will be decided by the organiser.
  • Prizes will be drawn using a game board and envelopes. 5 envelopes are placed on the board. Each envelope will contain a winning certificate with a fixed value: 1×€250; 1×€100 and 3×€50.

The prizes will be drawn as follows:

  • The person conducting the draw will randomly pick one lottery ticket from the draw box. The holder of the raffle ticket gets to choose one envelope from the game board. The prize in the envelope is the prize of the holder of the raffle ticket.
    • In case the owner of the ticket taken from the raffle box is not present in the gaming room of Rävala Fenix Casino, the lottery draw will take a new ticket from the raffle box until the owner of the ticket is found in the gaming room.
    • The random draw operator repeats the process until five winners are found.
    • In the event that the same participant’s raffle ticket is drawn more than once from the raffle box, the person conducting the draw will take a new raffle ticket from the raffle box. The draw will repeat the same procedure until all the winners are different persons.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the winners in the Rävala Fenix Casino gaming room immediately.
  • “A Month to the Royal” takes place in all Fenix Casino gaming rooms.
  • The “Month of Royalty” will take place from 18.03.2022.

The campaign is open to:

All new Club Fenix cardholders, i.e. Fenix Casino customers who have not previously held a Club Fenix card and who earn within 30 calendar days:

  • Players with 7500 or more base points (Royal level) will receive an additional 100 000 bonus points (worth €1000) in their Club Fenix account;

All Club Fenix customers who refer a new Fenix Casino customer (who will also become a Club Fenix cardholder). The referrer will have additional bonus points added to their Club Fenix card (game account) as follows:

  • 50,000 bonus points (worth €500) if the new Club Fenix customer they refer reaches the Royal level (earns at least 7,500 base points) within 30 calendar days;
