Campaign rules

• The additional game of chance “5th EXTRA” will be available locally in all Fenix Casino gaming rooms.
• Additional lottery period from 00:00 on the 5th day of each month until 20:00 on the 10th day of the same month (duration 6 days).
• The prize pool in one month is €850 worth of promotional tickets, including €50 worth of promotional tickets in each gaming room.

Participation:

• To participate you need to have a Club Fenix club card.
• To participate, you need to play Fenix Casino slot machines from 00:00 on the 5th to 23:59 on the 7th of the calendar month with a minimum stake of €0.10.
• After at least 1 (one) completed gaming session, please contact a customer service representative in the gaming hall to obtain a raffle ticket.
• A customer service representative will issue a raffle ticket to the participant, which entitles the participant to purchase a promotional ticket worth €20.00 for €10.00 at the Fenix Casino cashier (the number of raffle tickets issued will be kept track of, and it will be ensured that the same participant does not receive multiple raffle tickets in any other Fenix Casino gaming room within one month); promotional tickets can be purchased from the sixth day of the current month until 19:30 on the tenth day of the same month. However, a participant can purchase a promotional ticket from from the date following the date of issue of the lottery ticket issued to him/her.
• The participant writes clearly and legibly his/her first name, surname and telephone number on the raffle ticket and gives the completed raffle ticket to the customer service representative.
• The raffle ticket filled in by the participant will be entered into the draw in the same Fenix Casino gaming room where the participant purchased the promotional ticket worth €20.00 for €10.00. Acceptance of raffle tickets ends 30 minutes before the draw, i.e. at 19:30 on the 10th of each month. Only raffle tickets will be placed in the prize draw box, provided that the participant has purchased a promotional ticket worth €20,00 for €10,00.
• Only raffle tickets filled in with correct customer details will be entered into the prize draw.
• 1 participant will receive only 1 (one) raffle ticket in 1 (one) calendar month.
• As a bonus, it is also possible to purchase a promotional ticket worth €10.00 for €5.00 from 00:00 on the 5th until 23:59 on the 7th.

Drawing of prizes:

• 1 (one) participant will win 1 (one) prize per draw.
• The prize draw will take place locally in all Fenix Casino gaming rooms on the 10th of each month at 20:00.
• All correctly completed raffle tickets collected from the 6th date until 19:30 on the 10th date will be entered into the prize draw.
• In order to participate in the draw, it is compulsory to be present in the same Fenix Casino gaming room where the participant has left the lottery ticket.
• To draw the prizes, the organiser will randomly pick a ticket from the draw box, and the information entered will determine the prize winner.
• If the winner of the prize is present in the Fenix Casino gaming room at the time of the draw, the prize will be processed to the winner immediately and the prize will be awarded immediately in the same Fenix Casino gaming room.
• The prize will be awarded on the basis of the raffle ticket drawn from the raffle box, the winner’s Club Fenix club card and proof of identity.
• If the player does not have a Club Fenix loyalty card, they can get one on the spot and then win.
• If the customer does not wish to present a Club Fenix card, they will lose their right to the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
• If the winner is not present in the Fenix Casino gaming room at the time of the draw or does not respond to their name, the procedure will be repeated until a prize winner is found who is present in the gaming room.

Restrictions:

• Incomplete and incomplete raffle tickets will be removed during the prize draw.
• In the event that any non-monetary winnings (prizes) obtained in an additional game of chance are found to be in breach of these gaming rules or otherwise fraudulent, Fenix Casino management reserves the right to void the prize.
• Employees of the Promoter and their family members/relatives may not participate in the Promotion.
