Gaming Limits and Self-Exclusion

The Fenix Casino online environment is equipped with various tools to help players keep their gaming under control — such as deposit limits and self-exclusion.

All players must be at least 21 years old (to participate in casino games) and at least 18 years old (for sports betting). Electronic identity verification is performed to check age, and customers must confirm their identity before starting to play.

A customer can set the maximum amount they are allowed to wager within a specific period.

  • If a player decides to reduce their limit, the change takes effect immediately.
  • If a player wishes to increase their limit, the change will only take effect 48 hours after the request.

If a player feels they may be developing or already have a gambling problem, they can request a self-exclusion through the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. Based on the application, the player will be added to the list of persons with gambling restrictions for 6–36 months, and gambling will not be permitted during this period.
